I die-cut Shimmer Lights Cover - Creative Cuts on soft pink card stock and adhered to the rose gold metallic card stock. I stamped all images and colored them with Copic markers. Cut out with the coordinating die, back it with foam tape, and adhere to the card. I finished my card by adding the Winter Banner Greetings - Creative Cuts.
