I started by stamping all the images from the Abundance of Toys set on marker-friendly paper using Shachihata Ink. Then, I colored them with Ohuhu Honolulu markers, keeping the palette soft and pastel for a cozy holiday feel. After coloring, I used the coordinating dies to cut out all the images.
-
For the first card, I used the larger stripes and adhered the panel to the base card. The sentiment, “Wishing You Love, Peace and Toys,” was framed using a leftover die-cut from the All Tied Up set — a great way to reuse previous pieces!
-
For the second card, I used shorter striped paper at the bottom of the card to create a balanced layout. I added Santa peeking through the window from the Santa Baby set for a fun little surprise element!
Once all the pieces were arranged, I adhered them with a mix of flat and foam adhesives for a bit of dimension. To finish off, I added gems for a subtle festive sparkle.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope this inspires you to create your own cozy Christmas cards with your favorite Mama Elephant stamps.
See you next time and happy crafting!
