Here is another Halloween card featuring the Big Boo Stamp and Creative Cuts for Mama Elephant Stamp Highlights. Here I combined Deckled Frame - Creative Cuts as a panel card. I die-cut Deckled Frame on soft pink card stock and inked it with Distress Oxide using a DIY stencil cloud I created using Slim Card Basics - Creative Cuts. All image from the Big Boo was stamped with Copic-friendly marker and cut it out with Big Boo - Creative Cuts.
