Hello crafty friends, today I have a sweet card to share with you feature the new release from Penguin Palace Stamp - Happy Track & Field (Chapter 1).
My eyes caught to this sweet couple of turtles, I stamped on watercolor paper with Versafine Ink, colored with Tombow Brush Pens and cut it out with Happy Track & Field (Chapter 1) - Penguin Perfect Cuts.
For my panel card, I just randomly die-cut circles die and place the hearts die cut that I die cut from Butterflies with Love
